Terms

J. Parris Photography will provide the client high-resolution, HDR images for the marketing purposes of the listing of said property. Please be accurate in your square footage for pricing and to ensure correct time coverage is allocated to your session. If the property is under or over estimated on square footage, we reserve the right to amend the pricing to reflect the accurate home size.
The homeowner and/or Real Estate agent is solely responsible for the staging, cleanliness and tidiness of said property upon session time. J. Parris Photography is not responsible for staging or providing cleaning services. Said property, should be clean and fully ready to photograph when the photography arrives.
Client will receive delivery of their listing images within 2-3 business days or sooner. We strive to stay within a 24-48 hour turnaround for our Photography/Drone Listing Sessions. Enhanced edits, such as Virtual Twilight or Virtual Staging take 48 to 72 hours to process. Images provided under this contract will be delivered through a private online, downloadable gallery set up specifically for said client.
If images are needed sooner, a rush fee of $150 can be applied to receive images sooner.
If you are acquiring a Drone Session: Drone flights are dependent on approved FAA fly zones. Areas around airports, national parks or government owned land may require us to get additional clearances. Clearances are taken care of by J. Parris Photography, but we will notify you if such a need arises. Drone flights are also dependent on clear weather.
Matterport Hosting Policy: All Matterport virtual tours provided by J. Parris Photography include complimentary hosting for up to one year or the life of the listing, whichever comes first from the date of delivery. If continued hosting is desired beyond that time frame either due to an extended listing or for archival purposes, a hosting fee of $25 per month per space will apply, billed monthly. Clients will be notified prior to the expiration of the initial hosting period and may choose to extend hosting or allow the tour to be archived or removed.
As photographer, J. Parris Photography, owns full copyright of all images taken during this session. All digital images and previews remain the exclusive property of J. Parris Photography, per current copyright law. At delivery, the client will be provided with a legal Print Release; allowing the client full permission to make prints, share/post images to multiple rental listing services, and use the images for marketing purposes related to the rental of said property. The client will be granted full downloading and sharing rights related to personal and marketing purposes.
All photos under this Contract may not be reproduced by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers without previous written allowance of the photographer. The commercial license to your images is only is valid and applicable to the contract signee. Any JPP provided images being used outside of the contract holder, will need to purchase a secondary use commercial license.
Payment is requested in full on or before your session date. Preview and/or Digital Images will not be provided until the session has been paid in full. Zelle, cash or check payable to J. Parris Photography is acceptable. We also can accept all major Credit Cards for your convenience.
Our client's happiness is our top priority. We want to provide the best possible imagery for our clients. Therefore, all delivered images are subject to the discretion of the photographer. Any re-edits or touch-ups may be subject to additional fees, depending on the nature of the request and at the sole discretion of the photographer.
We strive to capture everything needed during your session time. Sessions are a one-time event, retakes are subject to another session fee and at the discretion of the photographer.
Any specific, detailed shots that the client wishes to emphasis in the shoot that do not fall underneath our standard process, must be submitted to the photographer 24 hours prior to the shoot, in writing. Otherwise, we have a detailed process that we follow as a standard in photographing all properties ensuring we capture all aspects of the home/property. JPP is not responsible for missed images, outside of our normal coverage, that are not communicated in writing by the contractee.
Said client is giving J. Parris Photography the authorization to come onto the property and take listing photographs and/or fly a drone for the sole purposes of photography/video of property/land. You have the authority to allow us entry and permit us to take photographs for the purposing of this contract. Photos taken will only be used by J. Parris Photography for strict portfolio purposes, withholding any personal information attached to the property.
