REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

Services & Property Preparation

J. Parris Photography will provide the Client with high-resolution, HDR images for the marketing of the property identified under this Agreement.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate square footage when booking. Pricing is based on the property's size to ensure adequate time is scheduled for the session. If the property's actual square footage differs from what was provided, J. Parris Photography reserves the right to adjust the session fee to reflect the correct property size.

The homeowner and/or Real Estate Agent is solely responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and photography-ready before the scheduled session. J. Parris Photography does not provide staging or cleaning services. The property must be fully prepared upon the photographer's arrival.

Special Photography Requests

J. Parris Photography follows a consistent photography workflow designed to capture all standard areas and features of the property.

Any requests for specific detail shots or images outside of our standard coverage must be submitted to the photographer in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. J. Parris Photography is not responsible for missed images outside of our standard coverage when those requests have not been communicated in writing by the Client.

Drone Photography

Drone photography is subject to FAA regulations, approved flight zones, and weather conditions.

Properties located near airports, national parks, government-owned land, or other restricted airspace may require additional FAA authorization before flight. J. Parris Photography will obtain any necessary clearances and notify the Client if additional approvals are required.

Drone flights may be postponed, delayed, or canceled if weather or FAA restrictions prevent safe operation.

Matterport Hosting Policy

All Matterport Virtual Tours include complimentary hosting for up to one (1) year from the date of delivery or for the life of the listing, whichever occurs first.

If continued hosting is requested after the complimentary hosting periodâ??whether due to an extended listing or for archival purposesâ??a hosting fee of $25 per month, per space will apply and be billed monthly.

Clients will be notified before the complimentary hosting period expires and may choose to continue hosting or allow the virtual tour to be archived or removed.

Image Delivery & Gallery Hosting

Listing photography images will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Enhanced editing services, including Virtual Twilight and Virtual Staging, require an additional 48â??72 hours for processing.

All images will be delivered through a private, downloadable online gallery created specifically for the Client.

The online gallery and digital downloads will remain available for 12 months from the date of delivery. During this time, the Client is responsible for downloading all purchased images and creating personal backups.

After 12 months, the gallery may be permanently removed from our system. If the images remain available within our archives, gallery restoration may be requested for an archival retrieval fee. Archive availability is not guaranteed, and J. Parris Photography cannot guarantee the recovery of images after the gallery expiration date.

If expedited delivery is requested, a $150 Rush Delivery Fee will apply.

Copyright & Commercial Licensing

J. Parris Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images created during the session in accordance with United States Copyright Law. All digital images, including previews and final edited photographs, remain the exclusive property of J. Parris Photography.

Upon final delivery, the Client will receive a Print Release granting permission to download, print, share, and post the images to rental listing services, and to use them for marketing purposes related to the sale or rental of the contracted property.

The commercial license granted under this Agreement applies only to the individual or entity signing this Contract.

Images may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise used by any third partyâ??including, but not limited to, architects, builders, designers, stagers, sellers, or buyersâ??without the photographer's prior written consent. Any use by a party other than the Contract holder requires the purchase of a separate commercial use license from J. Parris Photography.

Payment

Payment in full is due on or before the scheduled session date.

Preview images and final digital images will not be delivered until payment has been received in full.

Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, cash, check payable to J. Parris Photography, and all major credit cards.

Image Editing & Retakes

Client satisfaction is our highest priority, and J. Parris Photography is committed to delivering the highest quality imagery possible.

All delivered images are selected and edited at the sole discretion of the photographer.

Requests for additional editing, retouching, or image modifications may be subject to additional fees depending on the nature of the request and at the sole discretion of the photographer.

J. Parris Photography strives to capture everything needed during the scheduled session. Because each session is a one-time event, retakes are not included and, if approved, will require an additional session fee at the sole discretion of the photographer.

Property Access & Authorization

By signing this Agreement, the Client represents that they have the legal authority to grant J. Parris Photography access to the property and authorize photography, videography, and drone operations (when applicable) for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

Portfolio Use

The Client grants J. Parris Photography permission to use photographs created under this Agreement for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competition, and other promotional purposes.

When displaying images for promotional use, J. Parris Photography will not disclose personal information associated with the property.
